Welcome to Emmersons Solicitors Family and Divorce Law Newcastle page. Jacqueline Emmerson our Managing Director, set up Emmersons Solicitors Family Law in 1998. As a Divorce and Family Lawyer, she wanted to help the people across the region.
Over the years Jacqueline has helped thousands of clients from the City of Newcastle and surrounding areas when they have had matrimonial difficulties. She has been heavily involved with serving and retired Service Personnel and their families. Jacqueline is an Honorary Solicitor for SSAFA, the armed forces charity. She also lectures to the volunteers of local charities in relation to Family and Divorce Law.
