My interaction with Emmersons which has been my solicitors for many years has been nothing but good Especially John Griffith who is tenacious when it comes down to defending his clients I would say like a dog with a bone. From a very nervous situation, I was made to feel at ease at my initial meeting with John. After pleading not guilty, the case was adjourned. I was represented by Michael on the day of the trial. I was recently found not guilty of two extremely serous sexual offences that would have resulted in me spending the better part of my adult life in jail. John Griffiths at Emmersons solicitors represented my partner in his parole hearing. John was extremely helpful and explained the full process to us. My partner is maintaining innocence and he had been informed by prison officers that it is highly unlikely to have parole granted at the first hearing. John Griffiths submitted the report and accompanied my partner at the oral hearing. I am pleased to say that with John's help and advise my partner was was granted parole.
