Michael Robinson is one of the partners of the firm and is head of the commercial team. He has a good commercial background having trained with a national law firm and has also worked in the Company Secretary's office at Harland and Wolff PLC.

We can help with all forms of dispute with the aim of agreeing a swift resolution for a range of organisations from sole traders to public limited companies. We have experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

In some cases court proceedings may not be the answer to a dispute. We will consider how practically to resolve a conflict in other ways, e.g. by arbitration or mediation to quickly resolve an issue at less expense.
